The retreat that took place in Tzia (Kea) was organized at the initiative of a group of my students who offered the space and wanted to deepen their practice, enjoy the beautiful and wild nature of the Cyclades, and spend three days all together.
We would start each day with a 3-hour physical yoga practice (asana), followed by a large break for lunch, rest and a walk in nature. In the evening, we deepened our practice with a 2-hour pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
