The teacher adjusts the class to the particular needs of the specific student and their current level.
The aim is for the student to go deeper in their practice, increase their levels of consciousness, overcome any physical obstacles, improve and/or heal their injured parts, and include yoga in their life, achieving through frequent practice the best version of themselves.
