1. Corporate workshop “Open your heart”
This workshop is addressed to companies and their employees with a sedentary lifestyle, who very often suffer from pains in the neck, shoulders, wrists, fingers. The programme lasts for a few days and is specifically tailored to the number of people in the group and their physical needs. Your employees will learn how to activate areas of their back and to open their chest, so as to start their working day without pain and with self-confidence, joy and an open heart.
By working on the shoulders, arms, back and opening the chest with specially chosen yoga poses that you can practice sitting at your desk at the beginning of the day, you invest in your body, mental health and good mood. Raising your energy and performance in this way, work becomes pleasure, you reserve your energy and strength for longer, while at the same time you building and investing in your body.
The practice lasts only 10 minutes and the results are spectacular. The training includes videos to help you remember and practice the poses you will learn, as well as some simple relaxation exercises that you can practice during a break to help quickly recharge your batteries and restore your nervous system.
