For more than 20 years Lia, as a dancer and international choreographer, has worked with big and small groups of dancers, actors and singers around the world and lately, as a yogini, she has been studying, performing and exploring movement, and using her experience to develop her research on how the body functions, how to invest and increase our body potential, how our feelings influence our health and body, how we recover from body injuries and thrive after experiencing traumatic events through the practice of yoga and movement.
